Mik Jacobs
is an award winning theatrical director, writer and entertainer.
He has performed in motion pictures, television, theatre and major
theme parks including Universal Studios, Disney MGM and Sea World
of Florida.
Mik has been writing and performing original museum theatre and
science programs for over a decade with prominent institutions
including The Orlando Science Center in Orlando, Florida, Whitaker
Center for Science and the Arts in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and
The Berkshire Museum in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.
Mik Jacobs is a member of the American Screen Actor's Guild,
The National Education Outreach Network and The International Museum
Theatre Alliance. He has been a session speaker for The Association
of Science and Technology Centers, The Association for Living History,
Farm and Agricultural Museums and for The Florida Association of
Science Teachers.
Currently Mik Jacobs travels around the world presenting
amazing live science programs and educational workshops to
schools, homeschool groups, libraries, museums, science centers
and corporations.
Mik Jacobs Science Shows are extremely entertaining, highly
educational and packed with exciting live demonstrations for great
audiences and positive press coverage. Each show covers benchmarks
for most nationally recognized educational standards including FCAT.
